Jord: “The liquid successor to Smokey’s most popular dessert, the S’Mores Skillet, is here and how! This is one of those that will put a big grin on your face from the very first sip. So good and so bad at the same time. Sweet chocolate, creamy roasted marshmallows, salted caramel and a generous splash of characterful whiskey, the ultimate temptation for grown-ups.”

This is how you make the S’Mores shake

First, make the smoked salty caramel sauce by slowly heating the granulated sugar and water over very low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Try not to stir to avoid crystal formation. Heat the melted sugar until it turns golden. Add the unsweetened whipped cream to the golden caramel (watch out for splashing sugar syrup). Stir the butter and smoked salt into the caramel sauce and set aside.

Place the chocolate ice cream, whole milk, whiskey and peanut butter in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the large glasses. Place six marshmallows on top of each shake and burn briefly with the gas burner.

Garnish with the biscuits, roasted peanuts and the smoked salty caramel sauce.
