Cocktail for Easter (in a chocolate Easter bunny!)

Must Try

Remember the other day we made a chocolate Easter bunny milkshake for Culy Kids? Well, we haven’t forgotten the big (adult) children. Because you can also serve a cocktail in a chocolate Easter bunny. If there was a time when you deserved it, it’s now.

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail:

  • 1 chocolate Easter bunny
  • 30 ml white rum
  • 30 ml coconut milk
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 spoon of condensed milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

For the garnish:

  • Sprig of fresh mint
  • Piece of fresh pineapple
  • Straw

Also needed:

  • cocktail shaker

We made a piña colada, but you can of course do this with any cocktail. Just think of a tasty cocktail for Easter and serve it in this Easter bunny. Tip: look for one that goes well with the taste of chocolate.

> Or go for an alcohol-free variant: Delicious non-alcoholic piña colada from Mocktails

Easter cocktail

This is how you make this cocktail for Easter

Remove a piece of the foil from the chocolate Easter bunny.

Heat a sharp knife in boiled water for about 30 seconds. Then carefully cut off a piece from the ears of the chocolate Easter bunny. Dip the knife in the hot water in between, if necessary.

Place all ingredients plus ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is coated.

Pour through the sieve of the cocktail shaker into a measuring cup or glass and pour the cocktail into the chocolate Easter bunny. Garnish with the mint and pineapple.
