Adelicious dish from the Culy kitchen: a fresh salad with salmon, Dutch shrimps, crayfish & lime mayo. Delicious as a large lunch or as a lukewarm main course.

For 1 person main course or 2 persons starter/lunch dish:

  • Two handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • steak salmon
  • Handful of Dutch shrimps
  • Handful of crayfish
  • A good tablespoon of good mayonnaise (e.g.  homemade )
  • Pepper and salt

Squeeze the lime juice. Drizzle a little of the juice over the salmon steak and fry it in an oiled frying pan until done. First a few minutes on medium-high temperature, then let it cook on very low heat. The center may still be pink. Let the salmon cool slightly.

Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the lime juice and add salt & pepper to taste. Stir well.

Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the shrimps, crayfish and the lime mayonnaise and serve in a nice bowl with an extra wedge of lime.
