For 6 people:
- 2 cans black beans
- Leftover cooked meat (from the previous evening for example), think of: loosely fried minced meat or slices of grilled chicken breast. Vegetarians replace the meat with avocado slices or vegetarian strips.
- Some grated cheese
- A jar of ready-made salsa sauce
- Creme fraiche
Divide the amount of beans into 6 equal portions. Start with a layer of beans in each jar. On top of that, put some meat (or avocado), a layer of grated cheese, 2 teaspoons of salsa sauce and a dollop of crème frache. Finish with some extra grated cheese. These burritos are so tasty and easy!
