An ideal lunch or starter: this beetroot tartar with goat cheese, honey and vegetarian chicken pieces.


For 4 persons:

  • 400 grams red beets, cooked
  • 125 grams goat cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 white or red onion, chopped
  • Salt pepper
  • Honey
  • Vegetarian chicken pieces from the Vegetarian Butcher, or otherwise vegetarian cubes, or if you eat meat: pieces of chicken thigh
