Red fruit smoothie

Must Try

Harry is a full time foodie, part time chef. Her motto: tasty doesn’t have to be complicated. Her recipe this time: a red fruit smoothie. Delicious for breakfast, snack or as a healthy dessert!

Needed for about 1 litre:
  • 500 grams red fruits (fresh or frozen)
  • 300 ml low-fat yogurt
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • Honey
Place the fruits in the food processor and puree them into a smooth paste. This is of course also possible with the immersion blender. Then add the yogurt and milk and run the food processor again. If you think the smoothie is still too thick, you can add extra milk or water.

Especially in winter the fruits need a little help in terms of sweetness. I like to flavor the smoothie with honey, but sugar is also possible. You can also make smoothies very well with other fruits. Banana, mango or pineapple are super tasty.
