Harry is a full time foodie, part time chef. Her motto: tasty doesn’t have to be complicated. Her recipe this time: a red fruit smoothie. Delicious for breakfast, snack or as a healthy dessert!
- 500 grams red fruits (fresh or frozen)
- 300 ml low-fat yogurt
- 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
Especially in winter the fruits need a little help in terms of sweetness. I like to flavor the smoothie with honey, but sugar is also possible. You can also make smoothies very well with other fruits. Banana, mango or pineapple are super tasty.
