For 1 person:
- 1 bowl of yogurt
- 4 fresh figs
- 30 grams of walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (acacia) honey, or agave syrup or maple syrup
Cut the figs into slices and stir the yogurt a little in a bowl. Mix the honey with the yogurt, sprinkle the walnuts with the cinnamon and roast in a dry pan. Let the nuts cool.
Gently stir the fig slices, save a few, into the yogurt and garnish with the rest. Sprinkle with the cooled walnuts and enjoy!
