Super fast granola… from the frying pan!

Normally you make granola in the oven, and that takes a while. Want a super-quick granola, but don’t want to tear open a ready-made bag? Then make this speedy homemade variant in a pan!

Filling of your choice, for example:

  • oat flakes
  • white almonds
  • sunflower seeds
  • coconut grater

Take your preferred filling . We used oat flakes, white almonds, sunflower seeds and grated coconut.

Place all ingredients in a frying pan . Start on medium heat and slowly increase it slightly. After 5 minutes your mixture will start to color a bit. Then add a dash  of maple syrup – or  maple syryp –  (honey or agave syrup is also possible). Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes a bit sticky.

Remove from the pan and place in a bowl with yogurt or cottage cheese. Enjoy!
