Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and heat the 2 tablespoons of butter in an oven-safe frying pan. When the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and make sure it is completely covered with a layer of butter, including the edges.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl (or food processor) and pour the melted butter into the still warm pan. Place it in the oven for 10-20 minutes and keep a close eye on it. When it is nicely discolored and well risen, remove the pan from the oven. The Dutch Baby will collapse shortly after, but it doesn’t matter.
Serve with a knob of butter, lemon (grated or juice), powdered sugar, syrup or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
