For 1 person:

  • 1 mango, diced (can also be frozen)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 150 ml (almond) milk

  • Optional: honey or agave syrup if you want it sweeter

Mix all ingredients (except half a banana, some mint leaves and 1 passion fruit) in a blender until creamy.

Pour the mixture into a nice bowl and garnish with the last banana half (sliced), some mint and the contents of 1 passion fruit.
