Ingredients

For 4 persons:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 cups mango pieces (or 1 large ripe mango cut into pieces )

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams self-raising flour
  • Butter for baking

Mix the eggs, self-raising flour, honey and cottage cheese in a bowl and heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of butter.

Then scoop per pancake: two to three heaping tablespoons of the quark batter and fry them for four minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Divide the quark pancakes, mango and pomegranate seeds over the plates and garnish with a dollop of quark.
