Preparation

 Let the sheets of dough thaw and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the zucchini into thin slices with the cheese slicer or mandolin. Don’t make them too thick as they need to bend. Press 2 sheets of dough together and cut them in half lengthwise to form 6 long strips of dough. Use a little flour to prevent sticking. Cover the top of a strip of dough with zucchini slices and overlap them slightly. Place a piece of Parma ham on top and sprinkle with some cheese and oregano. Then carefully roll up and press the bottom slightly closed. Grease the muffin tin with some oil or butter and place the savory florets in it. Also brush the top with a little oil so they don’t burn quickly. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

 Also delicious with, for example, goat cheese, cream cheese or pine nuts in between.
