Bruschetta with salmon

Slice the bread and brush with olive oil.
Grill the buns on both sides in a (grill) pan until slightly crispy.

Mix the cream cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Finely chop a few basil leaves and mix with the cream cheese as well.
Grate the lemon and mix this into the mixture as well.
Spread the bruschettas with the cream mixture, top with some cucumber slices and spread some salmon on top.
Garnish with some pepper berries if desired.
