Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then each half into 5 or 6 pieces.

Thinly slice the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the salmon into thin strips.
Prepare the ready-to-eat rice according to the package and let it cool slightly.

Spread the rice over the cucumber. Place a piece of avocado on top and a few strips of salmon on top.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and optionally some fresh coriander.
Tip: Cut a thin layer off the bottom of the boats before filling them. That way you create a flat bottom and they stay in place better when you fill and serve them.
