Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll them out with your hand into a long stem.
Place the dough sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with a little water and sprinkle with sesame and/or poppy seeds. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
Tip: add some Italian herbs to the dough for a tasty twist.
