3 x quick and easy pizza snacks

Must Try

Pizza is one of my favorite dishes! And preferably with mushrooms and lots of cheese on it. But did you know that you can also serve pizza as a snack? Great for a drink, evening with friends or birthday party. And you can vary endlessly with toppings and ingredients.

But with guests on the floor, you don’t want to be busy kneading, rising and rolling out dough. That’s why a roll of fresh pizza dough from Aunt Fanny is ideal for this. And it also comes with a jar of tomato sauce, so you can get started right away. This way you will have tasty pizza snacks on the table in no time. And if there are kids involved, they will probably want to lend a hand with investing.

So that a lot is possible with Aunt Fanny’s fresh pizza dough , not only I, but also a number of other bloggers will see during the pizza relay in the coming period. Every week a new and surprising pizza recipe is published online on a well-known food blog. And I can start the relay with these pizza snacks and pass the baton to De Groene Girls who will also post a delicious pizza recipe next week. So check!

Pizza stems with salami

15 OVEN TIME

Ingredients
1 roll Aunt Fanny fresh pizza dough with jar of tomato sauce 600 g
75 g grated cheese
6 slices salami

Preparation
Heat the oven to 220 degrees and roll out the dough together with the baking paper. Cut the pizza dough in half so that you have 2 equal pieces. Spread some of the tomato sauce from the jar on both sides, don’t make it too thick. Cover 1 half with the salami slices and sprinkle with a layer of cheese. Cover this invested half with the other half. Cut it into thin strips with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Turn it slightly on both sides, so that there is a nice twist. Sprinkle the stems with some extra cheese and put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Also nice to serve with a dipping sauce.

pizza cones

15 OVEN TIME

Ingredients
1 roll Aunt Fanny fresh pizza dough with jar of tomato sauce 600 g
1 bell pepper
½ zucchini
75 gr goat cheese

Preparation
Heat the oven to 220 degrees and roll out the dough together with the baking paper. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and cut the flesh together with the zucchini into small cubes. Spread the pieces of dough with the tomato sauce from the jar, but keep the edges free. Spoon some of the vegetable mixture on top and divide some goat cheese over it. Then fold 2 points over the filling towards each other in the shape of a cone and press firmly at the top. Also close the tip of the horn well. Fill the horns with some extra filling if necessary. Bake them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until nicely browned.
