300 gr minced beef
3 Italian Buns
8 dried tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 red pepper
1 tsp cumin, ground
½ teaspoon coriander, ground
A few leaves of fresh mint
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
Pepper and salt
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
100 g feta cubes


Cut the red onion and red pepper into small pieces and the dried tomatoes into pieces. Fry the onions with the red pepper and the minced meat in a pan. In the meantime, cut the top half of the Italian bulb and hollow it out further.
