1 red pepper

250 gr cherry tomatoes
150 ml sieved tomatoes
Pepper and salt
100 g grated mozzarella (or regular cheese)
Fresh basil

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Make the dough for the pizza according to the package or make a pizza base according to a basic recipe. Roll out the dough on a large baking tray lined with baking paper. If you don’t have a large baking tray, you can also make 2 pizzas. Fold the edges of the dough up slightly. Brush the bottom with the sieved tomatoes. Cut the ham slices into pieces and cut the tomatoes in half. Top the pizza with the ham, tomatoes and pineapple. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into very small pieces. For a milder variant, you can also omit the red pepper or use less. Sprinkle the pizza with pepper, salt, red pepper and lemon zest for a fresh bite. Finally, divide the cheese over it and put the pizza in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
