1 egg yolk

8 pita breads, baked

Tzatziki Sauce


Chop the mint and garlic very finely and mix with the minced meat, egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Season with oregano, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat well with your hands and form small balls. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the balls on all sides for 8 minutes. Cut the tomatoes and feta into pieces. Fill the pita bread with a little lettuce, a few delicious meatballs, pieces of tomato and feta. Serve the pita bread with homemade tzatziki. Delicious with some baked potatoes.
