Chicken drumsticks with orange, honey, rosemary and sage from the oven
Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1 orange
Few leaves of fresh sage
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
materials
oven dish
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grate the orange and then cut it in half. Cut 2 slices from the orange and squeeze the rest. Mix the juice with the garlic, honey, olive oil, orange zest, pepper and salt.

Finely chop the sage and zip the needles from 1 sprig of rosemary and mix it with the marinade as well. Place the drumsticks in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Cut the 2 orange slices into pieces and divide them over the chicken. Place the 2 sprigs of rosemary on top and put the baking dish in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Baste the drumsticks a few times in between with the liquid at the bottom of the dish. If you have the opportunity, you can turn on the grill for the last 10 minutes for a crispy crust. Serve with vegetables, potatoes and/or rice.
