Heat the oven to 220 degrees. First make the guacamole. Peel the avocados and mash them fine (the video shows you how to do this easily). Finely chop the onion and garlic and toss them through the avocado. Squeeze the lime over the bowl and mix well again.
Grease a baking dish with a little butter or oil. Place a tortilla wrap on the bottom and spread with 1/4 of the guacamole. Divide some of the tomato pieces and the coarsely chopped coriander over it. Cover with a tortilla wrap and spread with some taco sauce and divide some creme fraiche, beans and corn over it. Repeat this 3 more times, sprinkle the top with the grated cheese. Place the tortilla pie in the oven for about 20 minutes.
