 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the turkey breast on a board and place a piece of foil on top. Flatten slightly with a pan or rolling pin and remove the foil. Cut the apricots, pecans and figs into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese with a pinch of pepper. Spread the top of the turkey breasts with this.

 Carefully roll up and wrap about 4 slices of bacon around each fillet. Close the sides with a toothpick if necessary. Bake them in a pan until nicely browned on all sides for about 5 minutes. Then put them in an oven dish and bake for about 20 more (depending on the thickness). Delicious with some potatoes and a salad.

 1 turkey roll is sufficient for about 1.5 person or 1 large eater . The turkey can also be replaced with chicken.
