Meatballs in a creamy stroganoff sauce with bell pepper and mushrooms

 Stir the crème frache into the vegetable sauce. Add the meatballs and heat through for a while. Taste to see if a pinch of salt or pepper is needed. Serve the straw granoff with some parsley on top and the rice. Also delicious with pasta or potatoes.
