Potato pan with thyme

Must Try

Delicious thyme seasoned potatoes, meat and vegetables from 1 pan

Wash the potatoes and scrub if necessary. Cut them into rough pieces (you can also use ready-made baby potatoes or potato wedges). Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are slightly soft. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry in a large pan together with the bacon strips without butter or oil.

When the bacon is slightly crispy, add the pre-cooked potatoes and thyme. Cut the zucchini into pieces and add to the pan as well. Bake everything for about 8-10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan for the last minute so that they heat up slightly but are not baked. Enjoy your dinner.

Tip: also replace the zucchini with (pre-cooked) green beans or broccoli.
