Naan pizza with Garam Masala minced meat

Naan bread is used in India as a side dish, but you can also use it to make a delicious pizza. In this recipe, the Indian spice mixture garam masala is used to flavor the minced meat.




 Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cut the aubergine into slices and halve these slices. Fry this in a (grill) pan in a dash of oil. Chop the red onion, fry it and add the minced meat with the garam masala. Brown the meat and then turn off the heat. Cut the cherry tomato into quarters.

 Spread the naan bread with tomato puree, divide the minced meat over it and finish with slices of aubergine and tomato wedges. Divide the feta over the naan pizzas and bake for about 7 minutes. Finish the naan pizzas with some chopped flat-leaf parsley.
