 Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Halve the large potatoes if desired. Boil them for 8 minutes in a pan of water. Drain and place in a bowl and add a small splash of oil and a pinch of pepper, salt, garlic and thyme. Spread them on the baking sheet.

 Place the bell pepper in strips and the broccoli in small florets in between. Drizzle it with a little bit of oil. Also put the fish fingers in between. slide the baking tray into the oven and bake for approx. 17 minutes. Turn the vegetables and potatoes halfway through and turn the fish fingers as well.

 Tip: you can also use potato wedges
