Easy oven dish of minced meat with beans under a layer of gratin potatoes



 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the onion and garlic. Boil the green beans in a pan of water for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. Saute the onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the minced meat and brown it. Season with a pinch of Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste with a little water. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes. Toss the beans through the meat mixture. Then put it in a greased baking dish. Divide the potato slices over it. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
