Chicken in Parma ham with zucchini

Pasta in a creamy pesto sauce with chicken pieces wrapped in Parma ham.



 Cook the pasta according to the package. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute it in a pan. Add the zucchini in cubes. Stir in the crème frache and pesto. Season with salt and pepper. Place over low heat until the chicken is done.

 Cut the chicken into pieces. Wrap it in a piece of Parma ham cut lengthwise. Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken in it until it is cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes.

 Toss the pasta through the pesto sauce. Serve the pesto pasta with the chicken pieces, tomatoes, some pine nuts and fresh basil.
