Add the canned cherry tomatoes to the vegetables.
Spread the cherry tomato mixture over the bottom of the baking dish.
Divide the vegetarian shoarma over this and then the potato slices, grated cheese and 1 tsp Italian herbs.
Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
