Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base and as close to the edges as possible.
Then divide the ricotta over the tomato sauce. Do this with a small spoon so that you can place a few small bits everywhere.
Divide the asparagus alternately over the bottom and place the anchovy fillets in between. You can also cut them smaller so that you can divide them a bit more.
Grate the pecorino cheese and divide it for over the pizza.
Place the pizza in the middle of the oven and bake according to the package. Because there are two layers of sauce on the pizza, it may be 5 to 10 minutes longer in the oven than the recommended time, but this also depends on your oven.
Remove the pizza from the oven and spread some extra virgin olive oil and the rest of the cheese over it.
Tip: For extra spice (and color) you can spread some fresh red pepper over it.
