Handy barbecue skewers with potatoes in garlic marinade for the bbq


500 gr baby potatoes in skin
3 tbsp olive oil
Pepper and sea salt
2 tbsp garlic mayonnaise
1 lemon
Long skewers (soaked in water)


Precook the potatoes in the microwave. I always run them for 5 minutes at 700 watts. Squeeze the lemon over the potatoes and toss them briefly. Stir the garlic mayonnaise with the olive oil well until a creamy white mixture is formed. Mix this garlic marinade with the potatoes and let it rest for at least half an hour. Thread them onto skewers and roast them on the BBQ until golden brown. Delicious with a fresh yogurt dip.
