Want to make tasty guacamole? This delicious creamy Mexican avocado dip is delicious as a dip with nachos or use the guacamole as a topping with your tortilla wraps or tacos!
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit and skin. Mash the flesh finely. Add the lime juice for a fresh taste and for coloring the avocado. Cut the red onion into small pieces and the tomato too. Remove the moisture and seeds from the tomato and add the diced tomatoes and onion to the avocado. Season the guacamole with a pinch of salt and chili to taste and some fresh coriander, if desired. Keep the guacamole covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. This healthy dip is also delicious to dip with a tortilla chip or to serve with wraps.
