4 tbsp cream cheese natural
1 red bell pepper
1 avocado, peeled
A few sprigs of chives
1 chicken breast in thin strips
few drops of piri piri (or tabasco)
Pepper and salt
handful of lettuce
Put the chicken strips in a bowl and drizzle with some piri piri sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then fry the chicken in a little olive oil until golden brown. Cut the bell pepper and avocado into thin strips. Heat the wraps briefly as indicated on the package. Cut the wraps in half once and spread with a thin layer of cream cheese.
Place a piece of chicken, a strip of bell pepper and avocado and some sprigs of chives on top and roll the wrap tightly. The cream cheese makes the wrap stick together. Put a little lettuce in a glass and serve the wrap in it. They are delicious both hot and cold.
Tip: If you have a lot of ingredients left, you can also put the spicy fried chicken, pieces of avocado, strips of bell pepper and some cream cheese in a whole wrap, fold and place in an oven dish. Sprinkle with some sprinkle cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
