Couscous with turkey in a glass

Must Try

Serve this delicious and responsible starter of couscous with turkey skewers at Christmas

Cut the turkey into pieces of about 2 x 2 cm. Place them in a bowl and season with a pinch of cinnamon and salt and pepper. Let the couscous soak as described on the package and add stock cube and a tablespoon of olive oil to the water. Heat a pan with a little oil or butter and fry the turkey skewers for about 8 minutes until done and brown.

Fluff the couscous with a fork. Stir in the pomegranate seeds. Finely chop the mint and parsley and toss with the couscous as well. Fill the glasses with the couscous mixture and crumble some feta over it and insert the turkey skewer.
You can eat this dish both hot and cold.
