Bruschetta with mushrooms

Crispy sandwiches with creamy brie, fried mushrooms and fresh parsley. Very tasty both hot and cold.

Ingredients

Preparation

Chop the shallot and fry for a few minutes in a little oil or butter.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces and add to the shallot. Deglaze with a dash of red wine vinegar. Season the mushrooms with some salt and pepper.
Cover the pieces of bread with a slice of brie. Top with the mushrooms and sprinkle with some fresh parsley.
This snack is delicious both hot and cold.
