Bruschetta with goat cheese

Delicious full taste of goat cheese combined with sweet apricot and honey and a crunchy walnut bite.



Toast the bread slices lightly in a grill pan or toaster. Rub them with a clove of garlic.
Spread the buns with a little goat cheese.
Cut the apricots into pieces and divide over the bruschettas. Drizzle over a little honey and sprinkle with some coarsely chopped walnuts.
Garnish with some fresh basil.
