Cut 10 cucumber slices about ½ to 1 cm thick. Do the same with the goat cheese and place it on the cucumber. Now add a sun dried tomato. Repeat with all ingredients. Chop the walnuts finely and divide among all the snacks.
Tip: for this recipe I used a matured roll of goat cheese from Bettine.
