With this soft-boiled egg in an avocado wrapped in bacon you can make an impression during Easter breakfast.

 Put a pan of water on and place the egg in the water when it boils. Boil the egg for 6 minutes for a soft-boiled egg. After 6 minutes, shock the egg in cold water. Peel the egg. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel. Using a teaspoon, scoop out enough avocado in the center to fit the egg. If it does not fit completely, the avocado can be closed again with avocado that has been scooped out.

 Place 4 to 5 slices of bacon vertically and half of them horizontally (see photos). Place the avocado at the bottom of the vertical bacon strips and roll upwards, wrapping the horizontal slices around last. Heat a dash of oil over low heat and carefully fry the avocado with bacon. When turning, use two spatulas. Let the egg cool for a few minutes and then cut it in half.

 Tip: You may need more or fewer strips of bacon, as long as the avocado is wrapped well.
