Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the falafel balls (ready-made) in the pan for 3 minutes.
Spread 2 slices of bread with hummus. Place the balls of falafel on top. Cut the grilled bell pepper into strips and divide over the bread together with the feta. Spread some spinach over it.
Cover with the other halves of bread and press slightly. Grill the toasted sandwiches with falafel for about 4 minutes in a contact grill or sandwich iron.
Tip: this falafel is delicious for lunch, but also as dinner with a salad or soup
