Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Thighs
Start by patting 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This step helps the seasoning stick better and ensures a crispy finish. - Make the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the following seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
