My journey started years ago when I was constantly searching for meals that were quick to prepare, nutritious, and kid-approved. With a full-time job and two little ones to care for, I found myself overwhelmed by the idea of cooking elaborate meals every night. I needed recipes that fit into our busy schedule but still tasted amazing – and that’s how Good Food Good People was born!
