This is how you make the Turkish dip
Finely chop the tomato, green pepper, pickled pepper, onion and parsley and place in a bowl. Cut the garlic into pieces, crush with the flat side of a knife, chop finely and add to the mixture. In another bowl, mix the olive oil with the red pepper puree. Stir well until the puree is dissolved in the oil.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add to the oil mixture. Stir well and mix with the ingredients in the other bowl. Also add the black pepper, paprika flakes and salt.
Knead the mixture well with your hands and chop two-thirds of it in a food processor. Mix with the rest.
Serve on a plate and garnish with, for example, pomegranate syrup, lemon slices, olives, parsley or a few walnuts.
