This delicious recipe is great for lunch or as an appetizer: salad with pear, roquefort and avocado. From the blog Tasty & Simple .
For 2 people:
- 1 pear
- 150 grams roquefort
- 50 grams arugula
- 1 avocado
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Start by cutting the lettuce into coarse pieces. Then cut the avocado, the roquefort and the pear into small pieces.
Place the lettuce, avocado, roquefort and pear in a large bowl and then make the dressing. Mix the sugar, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper and the olive oil in a small bowl.
Then pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Tip: add coarsely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts to the salad.
