This Raw guacamole is especially for raw foodies, but of course also for all other avo-lovers. From the great site www.RawFood.nl .
- 3 avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1 lime, squeezed
- ½ medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ chili pepper (or more or less to taste), very finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mash all ingredients together with a fork. You can also use a food processor or blender.
If necessary, add a little bit of water to mix it better. Then you get a smoother, creamier dipping sauce.
