  • 4 figs
  • bag of arugula
  • basil
  • ball of buffalo mozzarella
  • Parma ham, about 100 g
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt pepper

Divide the arugula among 4 plates. Cut the figs crosswise, but not all the way to the bottom.
