For 4 persons:

  • 1 brown baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of mature cheese of about 200 grams
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 75 grams of almonds
  • 100 grams green olives
  • 1 bunch of basil

Cut a baguette into thin slices. Clean the garlic cloves, press them in the garlic press and mix them with the oil. Brush the top of the baguette pieces with a little oil with a brush. Bake these in the oven at 150 degrees so that you get crispy toasts. Finely grind the nuts in a food processor.
