Peel the banana, cut it in half and cut the halves crosswise into two or three slices. Heat the oil. Dip the slices through the beaten egg. Fry them golden brown in a frying pan. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon powder. Serve them on a heated plate.
