Fresh salmon avocado wrap in 5 minutes

This fresh salmon avocado wrap is ready in 5 minutes, ideal to take with you (then wrap it in some cling film and/or aluminum foil) and it is nice and fresh and healthy.

For 1 person:

  • 1 flour tortilla (30 seconds microwaved)
  • Slices of smoked salmon
  • Half avocado, mashed
  • Lemon juice
  • Handful of spinach
  • Pepper and salt
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Top the tortilla with the  smoked salmon, the mashed avocado mixed with some lemon juice, a handful of washed spinach and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt & pepper.

You can also sprinkle some finely chopped red pepper on top if you want. Roll up and enjoy!
