For 2 people:

  • 1 bag of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup (chestnut) mushrooms
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 grams of feta
  • Pepper and salt
  • Olive oil

Cut the onion into rings and mushrooms into wedges. Brown the onions and mushrooms. Meanwhile, cut the feta into cubes and make the balsamic and olive oil dressing. Stir one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and two tablespoons of olive oil and a squeezed clove together. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the lamb’s lettuce, spinach and feta between the plates and garnish with the mushrooms. Finish the salad with the dressing.
