Oh, how we love MadeByEllen.c ‘s recipes . How amazing is this avocado dip with chickpeas & za’atar? Healthy and delicious on bread or with a drink.
For 1 full dish:
- 2 avocados
- 1 can of 400 grams chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 heaped teaspoon sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon za’atar
- 1/2 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh pepper & salt from the mill

Remove the flesh of the avocado from the skin and place in a bowl. Add the chickpeas and mash with a fork. Add the za’atar, sesame paste and lemon juice and stir. Pour in extra virgin olive oil until you have a creamy mass. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
